The new brake on the X1 is characterised by low application force combined with powerful braking force. It weighs only half as much as a conventional brake and its slender styling is a further plus. Short travel, quick acting - this brake is almost predestined for extreme situations. The frame mounting has been designed to be gentle on the paintwork. A butterfly brake is optionally available.
